Minutes of Rye Foreign parish council
held on 10th March 2026 at The Hub. at 6.30 p.m.
1 Apologies John Parsons and Jannie Richardson found when I went on my computer the next day.
2 Mr Dunn member of the public will collect notice and board organise the putting up. Deliver the old sign
for the other end of the village to replace the damaged one. Many thanks to Robert.

4 Minutes of 13th January sent out
5 ESCC Cllr Paul Redstone Elections for CC 7th May 2026. 2 per cent per Council. Unity taking a long time to set up.
Have to borrow money and pay back each year. The cost of adult social care. funding for highways. Newenden Bridge, pot holes. Thank you.
6. Rother District Council Cllr Paul Osborne Food waste and Neighbour hood Plan
7 Flooding on going. January there were fountains from the drains. Back of houses better than it was.
Drains in field need sorting another pipe to take the pressure. Highways had come out
8 Finance Hub £16.80 awaiting bill for mowing first cut done
9 Speed and water down Church lane
